All Saints’ Church is a growing, welcoming and friendly, church where worship experiences range from the traditional  (Book of Common Prayer) to the more modern/contemporary (Common Worship and more!). We seek to be inclusive, and welcoming to everyone regardless of their experience and human diversity. We are ordinary people young, old and in-between seeking to know God in a deeper way and making His presence known and real in our lives and in our community. All Saints’ is a place where God welcomes and meets us where we are at in our life.  That means that everyone is welcome whether you are skeptical about God or a lifelong believer, extrovert or introvert.  Just come as you are - you are very welcome!

Forthcoming Events Lent Course - Is the Book of Genesis relevant for us today? Starting evenings Tuesday 24th and mornings Thursday 26th February 2015 This is a 5 week course and there will be two options to follow the Lent course. Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm to 9.00pm on 24th February, 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th March Thursday mornings from 10:30am to 12 noon on 19th, 26th February, 5th, 12th, 19th March The Course Outline Week 1 - In the beginning ..... what?       Week 2 - From perfection to deception to murder ~ was this God’s plan? Week 3 - The Great Flood ~ an effective solution to a problem? Week 4 - There was a man called Abram ~ an example of faith? Week 5 - Abraham, a Father to the Nation ~ a Good Father to his son? There is a sign up sheet at the back of the church or contact the parish office. Holy Communion followed by Lunch - Sunday 1st March 2015 A short Service in the Church at 12 noon followed by lunch in the Church Hall. Rickmansworth Players Presents an Evening of Entertainment                                                                      - Saturday 7th March 2015 Rickmansworth Players in collaboration with Christian Aid present an evening of entertainment for the whole family in All Saints’ Church Hall. All profits go to Christian Aid Supper will be served and a Fairtrade bar will be available. Tickets are £12 each including supper and available from your church Christian Aid rep. Arrive 7.30 for a 7.45pm.start. Youth Group in the Hall - Sunday 8th March 2015 Youth Group is for young people aged between 10 and 14 years, meeting in the church hall from 6.00pm - 7.30pm on the 2nd and 4th Sunday in the month. Mothering Sunday Service - Sunday 15th March 2015 Informal Parish Communion at 9.45am for all the family incorporating the usual Family Service. Children’s Easter Workshop - Saturday 21st March 2015 Activities for children aged 4 - 9 years old in the church from 9.30am to 12noon with the theme: Holy Week and Easter. For more information contact the Parish Office on 01923 772109 Big Brew Tea Party - Sunday 22nd March 2015 As part of the Fairtrade fortnight we are participating in a national Tea Party event to raise funds for Traidcraft. Come along and bring your friends, there will be plenty of Traidcraft goods on sale. The Tea Party takes place at 2.30pm in the Hall. Youth Group in the Hall - Sunday 22nd March 2015 Youth Group is for young people aged between 10 and 14 years, meeting in the church hall from 6.00pm - 7.30pm on the 2nd and 4th Sunday in the month. Church Spring Clean - Saturday 28th March 2015 All welcome to come and help give the church a spring clean from  9.30am. Please bring equipment. To sign up see the list at the back of the church.

              Dinner Bell Every Friday from 12noon to 2.00pm “The Dinner Bell” is an outreach to the local community as somewhere you can have lunch. It is held in the Church Hall. The menu will have hot meals, homemade soup, pudding and also rolls & sandwiches which are made to order. All at a reasonable price. Children’s portions are also available.
